This episode of Mindful Male is a study of “The Law of Abundance” by Paramahansa Yogananda, the other of many books including, his most famous, “The Autobiography of a Yogi.” This pamphlet comes from Yogananda’s Self Realization Fellowship which I encourage everyone to explore here. With his teachings and translations of The Law of Abundance, we are encouraged to transform ourselves, on an individual level with a daily practice of prayer, meditation, and mindfulness. As the individuals of America transform their own lives will begin to transform the lives of those around us, creating the unity that we seek in America.

We are dedicated to building a community of like-minded people who seek spiritual growth through the use of Mindfulness and meditation and any other tricks of the trade that are beneficial in the process of becoming a better human being. Mindfulness is not a passive movement. Used properly it inspires skillful and effective action in our lives and generates material and spiritual evidence of a higher quality of life. With the continuing onslaught of our freedoms to socialize, we will soon be having weekly Zoom Mindful Meditation Meetings so that we may focus on building a strong community-based on mindfulness and individual growth.
