Anxiety has many uses. While it can be used as a fuel to get things done in a quick time frame, it can also be an indicator of something deeper. Anxiety can be like a billboard telling us there is something amiss, and with mindfulness, we can learn what that is. Often anxiety, in my life, hides fear, sadness, or old traumas I never processed. It’s time to stop running and avoiding what is underneath anxiety and face it with courage and compassion. By sitting in the quiet I am able to get in touch with those and heal them in a way that makes anxiety more manageable.

We are dedicated to building a community of like-minded people who seek spiritual growth through the use of Mindfulness and meditation and any other tricks of the trade that are beneficial in the process of becoming a better human being. Mindfulness is not a passive movement. Used properly it inspires skillful and effective action in our lives and generates material and spiritual evidence of a higher quality of life. With the continuing onslaught of our freedoms to socialize, we will soon be having weekly Zoom Mindful Meditation Meetings so that we may focus on building a strong community-based on mindfulness and individual growth. We will learn how to live with isolation, fear, anxiety so that we may continue to evolve despite horrendous lockdowns. Stay tuned. Stay Mindful Bitches.
