Using the power of the moment is an effective tool to diffuse intense emotions, navigate indecision, manage anxiety, fear, and anger. It can improve our productivity, better our relationships, and give us increased serenity.

We are dedicated to building a community of like-minded people who seek spiritual growth through the use of Mindfulness and meditation and any other tricks of the trade that are beneficial in the process of becoming a better human being. Mindfulness is not a passive movement. Used properly it inspires skillful and effective action in our lives and generates material and spiritual evidence of a higher quality of life. With the continuing onslaught of our freedoms to socialize, we will soon be having weekly Zoom Mindful Meditation Meetings so that we may focus on building a strong community-based on mindfulness and individual growth.
